The Calcium Lift & Collagen Programme
Don't Fill the Face. Support It.
Calcium Hydroxylapatite · Facial Support · Firmness · Collagen Stimulation. A medically planned treatment designed around your face to reinforce natural contours, improve tissue firmness and stimulate progressive collagen support.
One personalised medical treatment + Calcium Reveal review (6–8 weeks)
English-speaking international patients welcome. Treatment suitability, mapping and clinical indications are confirmed individually during your medical assessment.

Structure first. Beauty follows.
Aestzenia does not simply sell syringes of product. We offer a private medical experience based on a personalised facial strategy. Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) is an injectable biomaterial with properties that support facial contours, restore structural firmness and encourage progressive collagen stimulation.
The goal is not to create an exaggerated, overfilled look. It is to provide subtle, architectural support and natural-looking refinement tailored to your authentic facial anatomy.
Rather than relying solely on surface changes or superficial filling, our CaHA protocol addresses the deeper structural scaffolding and skin quality simultaneously.
Support where appropriate
Provides structural support and contour reinforcement according to individual anatomical assessment.
Improves the appearance of skin quality
Designed to improve tissue density, firmness and structural cohesion rather than creating artificial puffiness.
Stimulates a natural collagen response
CaHA acts as a collagen-stimulating biomaterial, fostering progressive biological tissue support.
Enhances facial contour and harmony
Focuses on balanced facial refinement and natural-looking proportions rather than excessive volume.
The aim is natural-looking facial harmony rather than excessive volume. It does not replace a surgical facelift, but provides sophisticated non-surgical contour support.
A defined, transparent clinical pathway. One comprehensive treatment session with 2 × 1.5 ml syringes allocated, followed by a dedicated review appointment.

Day 0 — Step 2
Bespoke facial vector mapping tailored to your unique anatomical balance. Quantity, target vectors and injection technique are determined clinically.
Day 0 — Step 3

Approx. 6–8 weeks after treatment
Dedicated clinical review and results assessment: standardised clinical photography, baseline comparison, skin quality check and contour evaluation. No additional product included.
Every Calcium Signature treatment begins with an unhurried, private medical consultation. We evaluate facial anatomy, dynamic muscle movement, natural bone proportions, skin quality and tissue laxity.
A bespoke facial mapping plan is then designed around your individual features. The placement, vector strategy and technique are adapted strictly to your anatomy and clinical indications.

You purchase a medically planned aesthetic procedure, not merely vials off a shelf. Technique, vector placement and clinical indications are determined by the physician.
Approximately 6–8 Weeks After Treatment
The Calcium Reveal is NOT a second treatment session. It is a dedicated medical results review allowing sufficient time for the progressive tissue response to settle and integrate.
No additional product is included in the Calcium Reveal. It is purely an evaluative consultation to document outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction.
Don't fill the face. Support it.
The €990 programme covers the treatment described above and the scheduled Calcium Reveal review. Any future treatment, additional product or separate aesthetic procedure is assessed independently and is not automatically included.
The Calcium Lift & Collagen Programme is designed for patients seeking structured, natural-looking tissue support rather than exaggerated superficial volume.
Suitability is determined solely after medical assessment. No specific outcome is guaranteed and responses vary according to individual skin condition and anatomy.
Every treatment begins with a thorough physician assessment of facial anatomy and suitability.
We support natural facial architecture rather than inflating facial tissues with excessive volume.
CaHA acts as a collagen-stimulating biomaterial, supporting endogenous tissue response.
